The Drinks here at The Stables is innovative, well balanced and flavorsome. Our head bartender and cocktail creator Pat Jonson has over a decade of experience creating new drinks, cocktails and wine lists for the Sydney crowds across all our Rocksalt Group venues.
The Rocksalt group has always been the leader in innovative cocktails in the eastern suburbs with its unique combinations such as Strawberries, basil and chilies and our home made spirit and syrup infusions such as Saffron and Lavender syrup and Cracked black pepper and chili vodka.
We change up our cocktail selection weekly depending on what fruits are in season and available in the fruit markets. we only use the freshest organic fruits for our cocktails and drinks of the day.
Our wine list is ever evolving and constantly changing with the help of our suppliers and connections with wineries and wine merchants.
